Every order is different based on what kind of filling you get, but generally speaking, cakes can last up to 1 week in the refrigerator, and up to 1 year in the freezer. Note that leaving your cake in these conditions for long can result in a drier product.
Cookies are best consumed within 1 week of pickup. Always store them covered in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate, as this will ruin the design.
Yes, we offer gluten-free, vegan and allergen friendly options upon request. Please let us know your dietary restrictions when placing your order. Note that although we offer allergen friendly products, we are NOT a nut free, gluten free, vegan or dairy free facility.
Preferably nothing under 7 days, but the earlier the better, especially if its a large order! Keep in mind that bookings happen fast, so no day is guaranteed until a deposit is made.
Yes! Local delivery only, otherwise you can pick it up. There is an up-charge for delivery based on time and milage.
You always have the option to cancel, but unfortunately we do not offer refunds. All payments made, weather a deposit or full price are final, unless under special circumstance. We can offer a rain check/reschedule, though!
Yes, always refrugerate your cakes and cupcakes until about 2-3 hours before you're ready to consume it. Weather conditions will always have a part in this, so please be mindful of heat and direct sunlight. For more information, visit our care instructions tab.
Absolutely! For an additional setup fee, we can deliver and setup your dessert table.
